Sales Representative (Automotive – Leaf Springs / Suspension Systems)

Çelikyay Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş., with more than 60 years of experience in leaf springs and suspension systems for commercial vehicles, is seeking a Sales Representative to manage business development and sales processes with OEM and aftermarket customers.

General Qualifications

• Experience in OEM and automotive aftermarket sales / business development
• Preferably background in commercial vehicles, trailers, axles, suspension systems, or similar metal components
• Good command of English (written and spoken); a second foreign language is a plus
• Comfortable working with technical documentation, technical drawings, and product specifications
• Capable of managing local and international customer relationships and negotiation processes
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally when required
• Analytical mindset, strong follow-up skills, and results-oriented approach

Scope of the Position & Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with existing and potential OEM and aftermarket customers
• Handling RFQ, quotation, technical evaluation, and commercial negotiation processes for potential projects
• Coordinating customer requirements with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Actively identifying and developing new OEM and automotive supplier opportunities and projects
• Building long-term customer relationships and sustainable business models
• Participating in domestic and international customer visits, technical meetings, and trade fairs
