Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales of our automotive services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and digital platforms
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales
• Promote company services including denting & painting, polishing, PPF, tinting, and detailing
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Coordinate with workshop and operations team for smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry (mandatory)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Good knowledge of automotive services (PPF, detailing, painting, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking is a plus
