CAS, an FAA Part 145 Repair Station with EASA, UK CAA, and ISO 9001 certifications, is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in aircraft parts sales, repair services, engine programs, and teardown projects.

This role requires a strong aviation MRO background, an established industry network, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

• Pay range: $20–$28 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business in aircraft parts sales and repair services.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to quoting, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Expand relationships with airlines, leasing companies, MROs, and brokers.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of aviation sales experience (MRO, components, engines, or parts trading).
• Strong knowledge of the FAA Part 145 repair station environment.
• Established aviation industry network.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and strategically.
• On-site role. Candidates must reside in Medley, Florida, or the surrounding areas.
