Sales Representative – Cold Caller & Lead Generation

HAS-Impex is a growing digital solutions company helping businesses across the USA and Pakistan establish and grow their online presence. We specialize in three:

• E-commerce Store Development
• Marketplace Management (eBay, Etsy, Amazon)
• Custom Web Solutions

We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, self-driven individuals who can find their own leads and close deals.

Available Roles

Role A – USA Market

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT
• Base Salary: PKR 50,000/month (unlocked after first closed deal)
• Commission: 20% per closed deal (no cap)

Role B – Pakistan Market

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT
• Base Salary: PKR 35,000/month (unlocked after first closed deal)
• Commission: 10% per closed deal (no cap)

What You Will Be Selling

E-commerce Store – A fully built, branded online store for businesses looking to sell products online quickly and professionally.

Marketplace Management – Full-service management of eBay, Etsy, and Amazon accounts including listings, optimization, and order handling.

Custom Web Solutions – Tailor-made websites built to fit a business's specific needs, branding, and goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Research and generate your own leads through online directories, social media, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and other sources
• Make outbound cold calls daily to potential clients
• Pitch our services confidently and handle objections professionally
• Follow up with leads.
• Track your own pipeline and report daily performance
• Attend weekly team meetings

Important – Please Read Before Applying

Leads are not provided. You will be responsible for finding and generating your own prospects. This role is for self-starters who know how to research businesses, identify decision-makers, and initiate contact independently.

Requirements

Role A – USA Market:

• Fluent spoken English, confident and professional tone
• Proven ability to generate leads independently
• Experience in cold calling preferred
• Available Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT

Role B – Pakistan Market:

• Fluent Urdu, confident phone manner
• Ability to research and build your own lead list
• Available Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT
• Experience in cold calling preferred.
