Job Description:
We are looking for Sales Representatives to work on a commission-based model within the media and marketing industry. The role is focused on acquiring new clients, building long-term professional relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company’s client portfolio.
Work Structure:
- Commission-based only (no fixed salary)
- No fixed working hours or office attendance required
- Full flexibility in managing schedule and workflow
- Commissions up to 20% per contract
- Monthly recurring commissions throughout the duration of the client’s active contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients
- Present the company’s services professionally to potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Achieve agreed sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Having a strong network is considered an advantage
