Job Description
We are seeking a Sales representative with experience in metal fabrication to join our team. The role involves identifying new clients, building relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and property owners, and achieving sales targets through professional selling and project follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell company’s fabrication products and services (metal works, sliding gates, pergolas, louvers, windows, railings, shower partitions, etc.).

Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.

Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.

Work closely with the design and production team to ensure client satisfaction.

Meet monthly/annual sales targets and provide regular reports to management.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.

Requirements 2–3 years sales experience in metal fabrication in UAE. Strong client network with contractors, consultants, and developers (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. UAE Driving License is mandatory (field sales role). Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based commission. Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
