Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Consultative Selling: Promote and sell dental laboratory materials (ceramics, zirconia, acrylics, etc.) and digital lab equipment to current and prospective clients.
- Relationship Building: Conduct regular field visits to dental laboratories and clinics to provide technical consultations and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Training & Technical Demos: Conduct practical demonstrations to explain the features of digital equipment and the application methods for materials (such as VITA) to ensure optimal results for technicians.
- Business Development: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and consistently achieve set sales targets.
- After-Sales Service: Coordinate with the maintenance or technical support departments to ensure high customer satisfaction regarding the sold equipment and products.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration (with relevant industry experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in Dental Labs materials and equipment sales. In-depth knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and VITA products is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in delivering presentations.
- Other: A valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively in the field.
