Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing and high-performing team. The Sales Representative will support lead generation efforts, assist senior sales members, and engage with potential clients to help drive sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, offering an excellent opportunity to develop and grow a career in sales within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.


Qualifications


Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including online searches and cold calling.
  • Provide support to senior sales team members by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and managing client data in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Conduct outbound calls, follow up on leads and respond to client inquiries regarding products.
  • Assist with market research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure customer information is consistently updated.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Candidate must be based in the UAE.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to support and engage with clients.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and sales technology, is an advantage.
  • Soft skills: adaptability, teamwork, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer-facing roles with a strong interest in pursuing a sales career.
