Sales Representative – E-commerce Services!

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our on-site team. You will play a key role in client acquisition, onboarding, and expanding sales of Zafecomm’s e-commerce services, contributing directly to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients via calls, meetings, and networking.
• Present and pitch Zafecomm’s e-commerce services to close deals effectively.
• Manage smooth client onboarding and provide excellent support.
• Generate upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience; e-commerce or digital services experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of client relationship management best practices.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or TikTok Shop platforms is preferred.
• Highly motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
