Sales Representative [Female]

Requirements:

• Experience in interior fit-out, interior design, construction, or related industry
• Strong network within the UAE market is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Client-focused with strong relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out and design projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, real estate agents, developers, and contractors
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and estimation teams
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and project inquiries
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals
• Maintain professional communication and long-term client relationships
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
