Position: Sales Representative
Job Description:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the company through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and email marketing. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining sales records, and reporting on sales performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, email marketing) to promote United Solar & Air Wholesale products and services.
- Maintain detailed notes on the progress of each sales channel to identify key drivers and determine next steps.
- Utilize CRM to track all sales activities including leads, prospects, orders, and shipments.
- Review all orders with the manufacturer and ensure that the order has been fulfilled.
- Ensure that all customers are being contacted in a timely manner.
- Review all leads provided by the company to determine which prospects are most likely to create new sales opportunities.
- Attend trade shows as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of tasks accurately, consistently, and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, while also being able to contribute ideas when needed for developing sales strategies or working with team members on projects or tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral).
- Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish).
This position has an hourly rate with commission to be earned based on performance.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
