The Sales Representative – Brazil is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Brazilian market, with a primary focus on public sector customers. This role requires hands-on field sales execution, deep knowledge of Brazilian public procurement processes, and extensive customer engagement across multiple regions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of managing sales through official government portals.

Market Growth: Manage and grow sales activities across Brazil, focusing on public sector accounts.

Procurement Management: Actively manage opportunities through Brazilian public procurement and sales platforms (government portals and tender systems).

Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at government institutions, hospitals, laboratories, and public health entities.

Field Execution: Conduct regular in-person customer visits to support pipeline development. Monthly targets include:
- 10 visits within the city of São Paulo.
- 3 visits within the state of São Paulo (interior).
- 2 visits outside the state of São Paulo (focusing on the North region).
- Communication & Localization: Prepare and deliver product presentations in both Portuguese and English. Review marketing materials to ensure technical accuracy for the Brazilian market.

Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates in accordance with company standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer service, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.

Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings throughout Brazil.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences.

Public Sector Expertise: Demonstrated experience selling into the Brazilian public sector, including hands-on use of official procurement portals.

Autonomy: Strong ability to work independently in a highly field-based role.

Language Skills:
- Native Brazilian Portuguese.
- Fluent English: Strong oral, written, and reading comprehension required for internal reporting.
- Travel: High travel availability (up to 75% of the time) within Brazil.
