Sales Representative (In-Person | Phone & Text Sales) Base + Commission + Bonus | No Cold Calling | $70,000–$85,000+

Overview: We are expanding our award-winning, industry-leading sales team and are looking for a motivated, professional Sales Representative to join us. In this role, you will work exclusively with inbound leads, providing customized quotes and closing deals with customers searching for their ideal building solution.

This position is primarily phone- and text-based sales, not door-to-door or high-pressure retail. All leads are provided and assigned daily—no cold calling, ever. Working on site at our location you will also have the benefit of walk-in customers from time to time as well.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond quickly to inbound phone, in-person customers, internet, and text inquiries
• Consult with customers to understand their shed, barn, or steel building needs
• Present product options, pricing, and payment solutions
• Build trust and guide customers from first contact to closed sale
• Manage and track leads using our CRM system
• Help with day-to-day lot activities such as prepping brochures, printing signs, etc
• Participate in team meetings and process improvement sessions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals Most sales are completed remotely over the phone and via text, with limited in-person interaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred (phone or in-person)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, driven, and goal-oriented attitude
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
• Organized and reliable work ethic

Compensation & Benefits Estimated Total Compensation: $70,000–$85,000+ per year
