Sales Representative (In-Store)

We are looking for a confident, energetic and well-spoken Sales Representative for our physical store. The candidate will deal directly with walk-in customers, explain product features, and guide them toward the best solution.

• LED Signage Materials
• Acrylic Sheets
• Printing & Industrial Machines
• Aluminum Profiles
• LED Modules, Power Supplies & Controllers
• Sign Boards, Accessories & Installation Items

(Complete product knowledge will be provided—training from our website & store inventory.)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain features, pricing, benefits, and usage of signage & LED accessories
• Maintain showroom product display & cleanliness
• Manage stock records & update daily sales reports
• Handle cash invoices, WhatsApp inquiries & follow-ups
• Communicate with warehouse team regarding replenishment
• Support after-sales customers regarding basic product understanding

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales & customer handling
• Ability to learn technical product details quickly
• Previous retail or hardware/electronics sales experience preferred
• Positive attitude, punctual & disciplined
• Computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Billing software) is a plus
• Must be proactive & target-oriented

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (adjustable if needed)
• 6 Days a Week
