We are a growing indoor environmental testing company specializing in mold inspections, indoor air quality testing, and environmental assessments for both residential and commercial clients. Our mission is to deliver accurate, science-based results that help our clients make informed decisions about the health and safety of their buildings.

As demand for healthy indoor environments continues to rise, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll focus on building strong relationships with remediation contractors, restoration companies, and commercial property managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business within the restoration, remediation, and property management industries.
  • Conduct in-person visits, phone outreach, and networking to generate new accounts.
  • Present and promote our testing services with professionalism and technical accuracy.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the testing and scheduling teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Track all sales activity in CRM software and report progress to management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (environmental services, restoration, construction, or related industry preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Ideal Candidate

  • Existing network in restoration, remediation, or building management preferred.
  • Proven track record in outside sales or business development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by performance-based income.
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $35,000 per year
  • Commission: 10–15% on gross profit (uncapped)
  • Bonuses: Quarterly and new client bonuses
  • On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$100,000+ per year

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
