Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative
Role Overview
We are seeking a confident and persistent Cold Caller to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls. The role focuses on identifying prospects, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers daily
- Introduce company products/services and communicate value clearly
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Handle objections professionally and maintain positive engagement
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM
- Follow scripts where appropriate while keeping conversations natural
- Meet or exceed call and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence speaking with new people
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic understanding of sales principles
- Organized with good note-taking habits
- Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
- Intermediate or equivalent
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales
- Experience working with sales targets
Shift : Night (Monday-Friday)
