JET Patent and IP Translations provides specialized intellectual property (IP) translation services for law firms, tech companies, and global businesses. We handle all project execution, while you focus on introducing new clients and earning commission.

Job Description

We are seeking motivated sales representatives to generate new business in our niche: patent and IP translation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce qualified new clients in law, tech, or IP industries
• Focus on building long-term client relationships and gain market insights from said relationships
• Coordinate with our management team to ensure smooth onboarding and share market insights
• Maintain professionalism when representing our brand

Commission Structure

• 1-year quota: $400,000 revenue
• Base commission: 10%

• 100% quota: 12%

• 125% quota: 14%

• 150% quota: 15%
• Optional $2,000/month 90-day recoverable draw
• $5,000 bonus for 1 million words closed, per client
• Commission paid on closed deals
• Payments issued within 7 days of client payment
