We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic field sales representative to support our growth through new business development and maintaining/growing existing relationships within the greater Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas market. A successful sales representative must be self-motivated, creative, friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively sell LegalStream Medical Care Coordination SaaS services directly to new and existing personal injury law firms within and around the Dallas / Fort Worth, TX market
  • Coordinate product demos, and in-person meetings with potential customers and company leadership
  • Maintain an organized prospect list
  • Report progress, opportunities, and customer feedback directly to leadership
  • Represent company at industry events and identify promotional opportunities
  • Coordinate production and delivery of marketing materials and promotional products

Skills

  • Experience in legal and/or medical sales is not required, but will be strongly considered
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (is a plus)
  • Organized, persistent and results-oriented
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Creative and out-of-the box thinking
  • Experience with CRM tools (is a plus)
  • High school diploma; bachelor's degree or higher (is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
