Sales Representative | Medical Marijuana

Must be highly motivated with problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize to hit targets and achieve goals. Business to business experience is preferred, along with the understanding of driving sell through.

Hourly pay + Commission on sales

Responsibilities

• Nurture accounts to increase company revenue and market share
• Create and execute sales strategy to achieve goals
• Appropriate time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and products
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships (Please provide examples)
• Complete administrative work timely and without prompting
• Understand the target customer and educate buyers on how company products best serve the customer
• Create and participate in demos and events to promote products
• Collaborate with marketing function to support sales activities
• Monitor product and industry trends, propose ideas and adjust processes accordingly

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a sales role with proven track record of growth
• Background and experience with setting a sales strategy, identifying tactics, and implementing tools/approaches to achieve results
• General understanding of marketing and how to apply to sales
• Established relationships with cannabis businesses preferred
