About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to service the Melbourne Metropolitan area from our Dandenong branch. You'll prospect new customers, maintain strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service to exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute selling activities to achieve revenue, margin, and customer targets
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools for accurate tracking and reporting
• Provide technical and design consultation to secure specifications
• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and share insights

About You

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
• Building industry experience (essential)
• Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling
• Comfortable using CRM systems to manage pipeline
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-oriented
