Base Salary: $75,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to consistently exceed an annual quota of $750K, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for both SaaS platform subscriptions and recruiting services

Build and maintain strategic relationships with HR leaders and Talent Acquisition executives at mid-market and enterprise companies, conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations that showcase the value of military talent

Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot CRM
