Sales Representative – Online Tutoring (Commission-Based)

The Role

We are hiring driven, articulate Sales Representatives to convert inbound leads (parents and students booking free demo classes) into enrolled students. You will be the first human voice families hear after they show interest, so warmth, clarity and persuasive English are essential. This is a base + commission role — your earnings scale directly with the enrollments you close.

Location: Office at NIC, H-9, Islamabad (Hybrid — some on-site work required)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming leads via WhatsApp, email and phone calls
• Qualify each lead (subject, board, grade level, schedule, budget) and recommend the right tutor or course
• Coordinate free demo classes and follow up to close enrollments
• Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline status in our CRM
• Hit weekly and monthly conversion targets
• Build long-term rapport with parents to drive renewals and referrals

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome) or up to 1 year of sales / tele-sales / customer success experience
• Excellent spoken and written English — you will be talking to international parents
• Strong typing speed and accuracy (comfortable handling multiple WhatsApp chats simultaneously)
• Confident, persuasive and resilient — comfortable with targets and rejection
• Tech-comfortable: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, basic CRM tools
• Available for one of the following shifts: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, or 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT)

Compensation

• Base salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month
• Commission: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (uncapped, tied to enrollments closed)
• Performance bonuses and a clear growth path to Senior Sales / Team Lead
