As the Middle East's cultural tourism sector grows rapidly, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to support our Department Manager in expanding our presence and delivering landmark projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Development & Maintenance
- Support the Department Manager in identifying and developing relationships with tourism investors, design firms, and government clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and beyond.
- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and visits; maintain ongoing client relationships and gather requirements.
- Sales Support
- Assist in preparing project proposals, product presentations, quotations, and basic design drawing explanations.
- Attend client meetings, record needs, and follow up on action items.
- Project Coordination
- Communicate client requirements accurately to the headquarters' design and engineering teams.
- Assist with contract processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
- Market Intelligence
- Collect market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback, reporting regularly to the Department Manager.
- Participate in industry events such as DEAL Dubai to support brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education & Major: Associate degree or above, major in Marketing or a related field;
- Experience: 3 years of B2B sales experience. Background in entertainment company , theme parks, landscape design, or outdoor building materials is preferred;
- natural understanding of local business culture, communication styles, and client practices;
- Language: Fluent English (required). Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Chinese is a strong plus;
- Technical Skills: Basic ability to understand design drawings; familiarity with CAD or 3D rendering tools for client communication is an advantage;
- Driver's License & Travel: Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within the region;
- Personal Attributes: Strong learning ability, team player, results-driven, and service-oriented.
