Job Overview

Hope Enterprises is hiring an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative (Outlet) for our retail outlet in Lahore. We are looking for a professional sales person with strong retail skills—who can handle walk-in customers, meet sales targets, and deliver an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products (cameras, lenses, audio gear, accessories).
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong after-sales support.
• Demonstrate products and explain features confidently.
• Handle billing support, order placement, and basic sales documentation.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and stock arrangement.
• Keep outlet clean, organized, and brand-representative at all times.
• Coordinate with the team for stock updates, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Report daily sales performance and customer feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience: 1–3 years in outlet/retail sales (electronics, mobiles, fashion outlets, brand stores).
• Excellent communication and customer dealing skills.
• Confident personality with strong selling and persuasion ability.
• Target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge (POS/billing and MS Excel is a plus).
• Willing to work in shifts and on weekends (as per outlet timings).
