Sales Representative – Packing, Moving & Self-Storage Company

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Representative to join our packing, moving, and self-storage company in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting fresh leads, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, following up professionally, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Fresh leads will be provided daily, along with access to a CRM system to manage customer communication, follow-ups, quotations, and sales progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and respond to fresh leads promptly through telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customers’ packing, moving, and storage requirements.
• Recommend suitable storage-unit sizes and moving-service packages.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations.
• Follow up consistently with potential customers until the booking is confirmed.
• Convert a minimum of three transactions per day.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate confirmed bookings with the operations and moving teams.
• Follow up on quotations, contracts, payments, and required customer documents.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide professional service.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide management with regular sales and lead-conversion reports.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience in packing, moving, logistics, self-storage, real estate, or service-based sales is preferred.
• Excellent spoken English with clear and professional communication skills.
• Excellent written English for WhatsApp, email, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Confident when communicating with customers by telephone.
• Comfortable working with daily sales targets and performance expectations.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Highly organised, punctual, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Must currently be based in the UAE.

Compensation

• Fixed salary: AED 3,000 per month.
• Sales commission: AED 50–100 for each completed transaction, depending on the transaction type and value.
• Fresh leads provided daily.
• CRM system and sales tools provided.
• Additional earning potential based on individual performance.

Performance Expectations

The Sales Representative will be expected to:

• Complete a minimum of three confirmed transactions per working day.
• Respond to new leads quickly and professionally.
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records.
• Follow up consistently on all active enquiries.
• Achieve the company’s daily and monthly conversion targets.

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. They must be able to communicate professionally, manage a high volume of fresh leads, and consistently convert enquiries into confirmed packing, moving, or storage bookings.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
