Limitless Manufacturing Solutions (LMS) is a growing precision CNC machine shop based in Titusville, Florida. We specialize in tight-tolerance, fully finished machined components for aviation customers and operate under ISO 9001 and AS9100-compliant quality systems, with formal certification in progress. We are actively expanding into aerospace, defense, and other performance-critical industries.

We are seeking a Sales Representative with experience in manufacturing or technical B2B sales who understands how CNC shops operate and how customers in regulated or quality-driven industries buy. This role is focused on building long-term customer relationships, converting RFQs into repeat business, and helping LMS expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new customer relationships within aviation and adjacent industries, with a focus on long-term, repeat accounts
  • Manage inbound and outbound RFQs for precision-machined components
  • Work directly with shop leadership to scope jobs, understand capacity, quality requirements, and lead times
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, engineers, and supply chain contacts
  • Help open and grow new accounts in aerospace, defense, and related sectors as capabilities and certifications allow
  • Clearly communicate LMS’s manufacturing capabilities, quality systems, and compliance expectations
  • Follow up on quotes and proposals to drive conversion and repeat business
  • Maintain basic CRM or pipeline tracking to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Provide feedback to improve quoting, pricing models, and sales processes as the business grows

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience selling CNC machining or precision-manufactured components
  • Background in aviation, aerospace, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or similarly regulated industries
  • Exposure to aviation MROs or repair stations is a strong advantage, but not required
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 environments or selling into quality-driven organizations
  • Comfortable discussing tolerances, materials, lead times, and quality expectations
  • Practical, relationship-driven sales approach (not high-volume or script-based selling)
  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a small, hands-on team
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and flexible, depending on experience and availability. The structure may include a base plus commission or commission-heavy arrangements with higher upside. The posted pay range represents potential total earnings, with higher compensation tied directly to strong individual performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Titusville, FL 32780
