The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Representative / Appointment Setter with strong communication skills and the drive to become a closer.

You’ll start by qualifying leads, building rapport, and booking appointments — all while learning directly from Tegan how to structure offers, handle objections, and close land deals. Over time, you’ll transition into a full-fledged closer role, earning a percentage of every deal you help bring across the finish line.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 50–100 daily calls to warm and follow-up leads (no blind cold calling)
  • Build trust, qualify motivation, and set appointments for our acquisitions pipeline
  • Keep detailed, accurate notes in our CRM (Stride/GoHighLevel)
  • Coordinate with marketing and texting teams for fast lead response
  • Participate in quick daily huddles to review numbers and remove blockers

What Success Looks Like

  • You generate consistent, high-quality seller leads
  • You keep the CRM spotless and pipeline active
  • You learn closing and negotiation tactics through real-time mentorship
  • Within months, you’re participating in closings and earning a share of the profits

Compensation & Growth
