Required Core Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in banks:

• as a real estate consultant or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in:

• Real estate offices

Skills

• Strong and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and real estate developers (a core requirement)
• Thorough understanding of real estate financing products, subsidized financing, the "Sakani" program, and Real Estate Development Fund initiatives
• Established relationships with real estate offices and property developers
• Strong presence and professional demeanor
• Articulate communication and effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Monthly incentives based on attendance and performance
• Category A medical insurance
• Company covers General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) contributions
