Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Retail Service Provider (RSP) client accounts
• Provide high-level customer support and resolve client concerns efficiently
• Coordinate onboarding of new RSP partners and ensure smooth setup
• Monitor account performance and maintain accurate records
• Communicate updates, performance reports, and improvement plans to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
• Ensure compliance with company standards and service procedures

Requirements

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Previous experience in customer service, account management, or client support preferred
✔ Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
✔ Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
✔ Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
