What we offer:
- Competitive pay (unlimited commissions up to $100k!).
- Monthly subsidy for car and cell phone ($1,000). You will be eligible for a guaranteed bonus of $1,000 during the first 3 months and a bonus of $500 during the next 4-6months OR a gross margin commission (you will receive the greater of the two).
- 2-4% sales commission on gross margin + $100 for each new customer (a gross margin of $200 must be achieved).

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts to drive long-term customer success and retention.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, increasing customer retention, product mix, and sales volume while aligning with profitability objectives.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending effective solutions and service improvements.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction, address evolving needs, and strengthen business relationships.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times when representing and promoting the company’s mission, vision, and core values.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales/account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong customer service orientation.
