Sales Representative / Spokesperson

The ideal candidate is confident on camera, experienced in eCommerce, and comfortable speaking during webinars, demos, YouTube videos, and marketing content. This role includes presenting our platform, explaining features to customers, creating educational and promotional videos, and helping grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Present and promote our platform to potential customers
• Speak on webinars, live demos, and marketing videos
• Create YouTube videos explaining our services and platform
• Record engaging content for social media and promotions
• Follow up with leads and assist with sales
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners
• Explain eCommerce, fulfillment, and marketplace workflows to customers

Requirements

• Experience in the eCommerce industry required
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on camera
• Ability to create professional video content for YouTube and social media
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Confident, energetic, and professional personality
• Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, fulfillment, or logistics operations is a big advantage
