Sales Representative – Tax Resolution (Base + Commission)

Job Overview

Accelerated Tax Solutions is seeking motivated and confident Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll speak with business owners and individuals who may be dealing with IRS or state tax debt issues and help connect them with one of our tax specialists for a consultation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people, building rapport, and working in a performance-driven environment.

Duties

• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients
• Speak with business owners and taxpayers regarding potential tax issues
• Build rapport and identify basic client needs
• Schedule qualified consultations with our tax specialists
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in CRM
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Sales, collections, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Experience in tax resolution or financial services is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• Base salary + uncapped commission $50,000-$80,000 a year
