Job Summary:

Paisso Technology is seeking a Tech Sales Caller to engage with potential clients, generate leads, and close deals for our tech products. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to understand and present technology solutions tailored to various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, finance, and logistics.
  • Pitch and sell Paisso Technology's tech solutions based on client needs.
  • Generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule product demos.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
  • Keep accurate records of sales calls and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in tech sales or B2B outbound calling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Understanding of technology solutions for manufacturing, finance, or industrial sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (preferably Zoho CRM) and sales tools.
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling SaaS, IT solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial technology sales.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
