We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales & Telesales Executive to connect with potential and existing customers via phone calls. The role focuses on promoting products and services, understanding customer needs, closing sales, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound customer inquiries
- Promote and sell company products, services, and offers effectively
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Handle objections professionally and close sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information
- Follow company sales scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets
Requirements & Skills
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel; CRM knowledge is an advantage)
- Ability to work under targets and performance-based goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, sales, or customer service
- Experience in lead generation and closing sales over the phone
