Sales Executive / Telesales Executive – Urgent HiringJob Summary

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales & Telesales Executive to connect with potential and existing customers via phone calls. The role focuses on promoting products and services, understanding customer needs, closing sales, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound customer inquiries
  • Promote and sell company products, services, and offers effectively
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information
  • Follow company sales scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally
  • Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel; CRM knowledge is an advantage)
  • Ability to work under targets and performance-based goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, sales, or customer service
  • Experience in lead generation and closing sales over the phone
