Job Responsibilities:

1.Territory Sales Management:

Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the assigned territory in Turkey.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on hospitals and healthcare institutions.

2.Key Account & Channel Development:

Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and hospital decision-makers.

Effectively manage and support distributors or channel partners to drive market penetration.

3.Clinical & Product Support:

Collaborate with clinical teams to organize product demonstrations, trainings, and provide support during procedures.

Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and clinical evidence of MicroPort products.

4.Market Intelligence:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.

Report insights to management to support strategic planning and product development.

5.Compliance & Administration:

Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and expenses.

Qualifications:

  1. Must hold Turkish citizenship and reside in Istanbul or Ankara.
  2. Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and Turkish.
  6. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Turkey with no restrictions.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
