Sales Representative US Real Estate

Are you a natural-born closer? HomeTransform is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-octane Disposition Manager to join our wholesale division. This is a pure HUNTER role focused on moving Single Family Residential (SFR) and small multifamily assets at scale.

Your Mission:

• Move Inventory: Proactively market and sell wholesale properties to network of investors and partners.
• Build the List: Constantly hunt for new cash buyers, hedge funds, and rental portfolio owners through high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Negotiate & Close: Manage the sales process from contract to close, ensuring maximum profitability for our team and value for our buyers.

What You Need:

• A relentless "hunter" mentality (100+ touchpoints/day is your norm).
• Experience in SFR or small multifamily wholesale is preferred.
• Strong technical setup: Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet.
• The grit to work hard and a burning desire to dominate the real estate market.

Conditions:

• Remote job
• Work schedule: 5/2 (typically Monday-Friday)
• 40 hours a week
• Night shift (7pm - 4 am)
• Weekends as needed
• $50 Weekly payments
• 10% from profit Bonus for every done deal

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
