Responsibilities:
- Great customers warmly and engage them in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized assistance and style advice to customers seeking bespoke tailoring services.
- Showcase the quality and craftsmanship of our garments, emphasizing their unique features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the tailoring process, explaining options for customization and detailing pricing and timelines.
- Assist customers in selecting fabrics, styles, and accessories to create their ideal garment.
- Take accurate measurements and record customer details for tailoring orders.
- Follow up with customers to provide updates on their orders and address any questions or concerns.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including merchandising and restocking inventory as needed.
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting customer loyalty through exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury or fashion-related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of tailoring techniques and fabrics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and computer.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Passion for fashion and a genuine interest in helping customers look and feel their best.
