Job description:

1. Welcome customers in the showroom and understand their needs and requirements.

2. Explain wooden products, available materials, their features, and different uses.

3. Provide suitable suggestions and solutions based on customer needs and budgets.

4. Prepare quotations and follow up on customer orders until the sales process is completed.

5. Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

6. Follow up with existing customers and attract new clients to enhance sales growth.

7. Manage and develop both retail sales (B2C) and corporate/project sales (B2B).

8. Build professional relationships with contractors, designers, developers, and commercial clients to enhance sales opportunities and cooperation.

9. Coordinate with the design or execution department to ensure client requirements are met properly.

10. Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of required materials and products in the showroom.

11. Arrange and organize the showroom while maintaining a professional and attractive product display.

12. Use company systems to enter customer data, prepare invoices, and update order statuses.

13. Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction with the provided products and services.

14. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

15. Have knowledge of wood types, finishes, and related accessories in the field.

16. Prepare periodic sales and customer activity reports and submit them to management.

17. Comply with company policies and showroom work regulations.
