About the Role
Top Shadow is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. Whether your background is in commercial sales representation or technical sales engineering, if you have a passion for discussing projects, closing deals, and driving business growth, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities and project partnerships.
Engage in high-level discussions regarding project scopes, client requirements, and tailored solutions.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and consistent follow-up.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must possess a valid UAE driving license and a personal car (essential for client visits and project site meetings).
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly presentable with a professional demeanor suitable for corporate and project environments.
A proven track record of being a hard worker who thrives under targets and is motivated by commission incentives.
Prior experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Engineer, or Account Manager (experience handling project-based sales is a major plus).
What We Offer
A competitive starting salary of EGP 12,000 (negotiable based on expertise).
