Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing call center team. The ideal candidates will handle outbound calls, communicate with international clients, and promote our services professionally.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Confidence in dealing with U.S. customers.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary

Keep detailed records of customer interactions

• Work collaboratively with the sales and support team to ensure smooth operations.Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply
