Sales Research & Outreach Executive

Role Summary

The Sales Research & Outreach Executive will be responsible for finding relevant prospects, collecting and enriching lead data, organizing prospects in CRM/sheets, initiating outreach, doing cold calling where required, handling first-level conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the Sales Lead.

This role is a combination of SDR, lead researcher, outreach assistant, and appointment setter. The person should be comfortable with research, tools, spreadsheets, LinkedIn, email outreach, and basic calling.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Data Collection

● Research target companies based on defined industries, locations, and buyer profiles

● Find decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, CTOs, directors, practice owners, clinic owners, operations managers, and marketing heads

● Collect company websites, LinkedIn profiles, emails, phone numbers, job titles, and relevant company information

● Scrape and organize leads using approved tools and platforms

● Enrich leads using tools such as Apollo, Seamless, Clay, LinkedIn, Google, or similar platforms

● Verify email addresses before adding to campaigns

● Maintain clean and organized lead records in CRM or Google Sheets

● Remove duplicate, irrelevant, or low-quality leads Outreach & Conversation Initiation

● Send first-level LinkedIn messages, emails, or outreach messages based on approved templates

● Personalize selected outreach messages based on company website, industry, or business pain points

● Respond to basic prospect replies

● Ask light qualifying questions

● Identify whether the prospect is relevant and interested

● Book meetings or calls for the Sales Lead

● Maintain proper follow-up records Cold Calling / Appointment Setting

● Make introductory calls to selected prospects

● Confirm the right decision-maker

● Introduce Tevso briefly and professionally

● Ask basic qualification questions

● Create initial interest

● Book discovery calls for the Sales Lead

● Update call status and notes in CRM/sheet Reporting

● Submit daily progress report

● Maintain weekly lead research and outreach report

● Track calls made, replies received, meetings booked, and qualified leads passed to Sales

Lead Required Experience

6 months to 2 years Fresh candidates may be considered if they have:

● Strong English communication

● Good research ability

● Confidence on calls

● Good learning attitude

● Strong discipline with tools and spreadsheets

Required Skills

● Good English reading and writing skills

● Basic spoken English for calls

● Strong online research ability

● Experience using LinkedIn, Google, Apollo, Seamless, Clay, or similar tools is preferred

● Ability to work with Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools

● Basic understanding of B2B sales

● Ability to follow scripts and processes

● Attention to detail

● Ability to organize data properly

● Confidence to make cold calls

● Ability to handle rejection professionally

Preferred Skills

● Experience in IT/software services lead generation

● Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

● Experience with cold email tools

● Experience in international market outreach

● Experience with email verification tools

● Basic understanding of websites, software services, SaaS, CRM, automation, and digital products

Timings:
8:00PM - 4:00AM
