Job Description

We are a newly established and growing car rental company in Dubai seeking an experienced Sales & Office Manager with strong UAE car rental experience to manage day-to-day office operations and drive sales growth.

This is a senior, hands-on role suitable for someone who understands car rental operations, RTA processes, and customer management in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive corporate and retail car rental sales (daily, monthly, long-term)

· Prepare quotations, rental agreements, and customer contracts

· Follow up enquiries, renewals, and outstanding payments

· Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation

· Ensure full compliance with RTA, Salik, traffic fines, and vehicle registration

· Coordinate vehicle registration, renewal, transfer, and de-registration

· Liaise with Tasjeel, Shamil, insurers, and government portals

· Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and contract records

· Handle customer issues and ensure high service standards

Requirements (Mandatory)

· 3–5 years’ experience in the UAE car rental industry

· Previous role in sales, office management, or operations within a car rental company

· Strong, verifiable references

· Good knowledge of RTA procedures, Salik, and UAE traffic regulations

· Excellent spoken and written English

· Strong organisational and communication skills

· Ability to work independently in a growing business environment
