- Actively generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and strategic research .
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client contact and meeting scheduling to negotiation and closing deals .
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business .
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports .
- Execute sales campaigns, track performance, and actively contribute to business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets .
- Support sales team with lead generation, client coordination and CRM management .
- Graduate / Masters in related field
