We’re searching for a Sales & Service Advisor to join our Dubai team — someone proactive, people-focused, and ready to help shape unforgettable student experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales & Service Advisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our property — ensuring students feel supported, informed and inspired throughout their stay. Your day-to-day will include:

Driving the Student Experience

• Welcoming students and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Supporting student wellbeing and sharing welfare resources
• Bringing events to life with our Student Ambassadors across the YugoEco, YuPro, and YuGrow pillars
• Building great relationships and fostering an inclusive community
• Boosting engagement through social media content and promotion

Managing Communication

• Being the go-to point of contact for current and prospective residents
• Converting enquiries through exceptional customer service
• Preparing reports, documents and clear communication for students, parents and stakeholders

Administration, Operations & Safety

• Keeping our front-of-house and office spaces welcoming and presentable
• Coordinating check-ins, check-outs and resident documentation
• Managing databases, contracts, mail, supplies and office systems
• Directing maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Supporting building health, safety and compliance
• Applying work health and safety practices and escalating risks promptly

Financial Responsibilities

• Managing rent collection and following up arrears
• Conducting inspections and processing damage charges
• Raising invoices, processing payments, supplier orders and monthly reporting
• Working closely with finance during audits and month-end processes

Building Security

• Completing mandatory ID and security checks
• Responding to emergencies and activating escalation procedures
• Assisting with fire alarms and evacuation procedures

Sales Support & Marketing

• Responding to sales enquiries across multiple platforms
• Attending university open houses, fairs, and property viewings
• Supporting show apartment setup and social media content creation
• Acting as a key contact for rebooking processes

And of course… getting things done! You'll support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with ad-hoc tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• 2–5 years’ experience in administrative, customer-facing or sales roles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proactive, organised and confident problem-solver
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease
• Strong MS Office and digital systems skills
• Resilience, adaptability and cultural awareness

Desirable

• Experience in hospitality or student accommodation
• Background in finance or an accounting-related qualification
