Sales & Service Engineers | Mechanical, Automation, Electrical Engineers Mechatronic

We are looking for highly motivated Sales & Service Engineers with expertise in Mechanical, Automation, and Electrical Engineering Mecolam Engineers . The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing technical support, handling after-sales services, and driving sales growth by offering engineering solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Provide technical support and after-sales service for industrial equipment and automation systems.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable engineering solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.

Prepare reports and documentation related to sales and service activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience in sales, service, or maintenance of industrial equipment is preferred.

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.

Willingness to travel as required.
