Won-Door’s Service Sales Representative ensures repair and replacement requirements and opportunities identified by Won-Door Service Technicians are well presented to building owners and are converted into closed sales. Whether through customer break-fix calls or preventative maintenance inspections of thousands of Won-Doors under maintenance contracts, Won-Door Service Technicians daily identify issues that make our installed base of Won-Door fire, sound, and security solutions inoperable or at risk of such. When inspections identify needed repairs or replacements, our Service Sales Representative creates and promotes complete, professional, and timely proposals for Won-Door to perform those services. Ultimately, Service Sales Representatives are accountable for growing Won-Door’s service sales and are rewarded for success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, submit, and review time and materials services, parts sales proposals, and quotations, as to ensure they are presented professionally and fulfill the customer's needs.
  • Aid customers on any service sales related issues.
  • Coordinate with quotations group to ensure proper pricing is given.
  • Interface with management to negotiate discount levels and exchange information.
  • Provide timely follow up, closure, and tracking along with quotations/pricing to the customer.
  • Close business and collaborate with support team to map revenue-growing strategies that ensure the long-term success for the service organization.
  • Assimilate and share competitor intelligence keeping our product and marketing teams informed of market activity.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management relating to service department.
  • Expertly manage complex buying cycles by developing strategic relationships aligning both internal and external resources
  • Develop and maintain current technical product-related knowledge, general sales techniques, market trends, and daily sales activity

Skills & Abilities

  • Service Sales, Equipment Sales, or Hardware sales experience in the openings solutions area
  • Prior experience using a CRM system.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills both internally and externally.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • This position demands a results-oriented approach coupled with high-energy, reliability and personal discipline.

Education

  • Requires High school diploma or equivalent
