About the Role:

Join our Contact Center team to promote and sell the bank’s products and services through outbound calls. You will play a key role in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets while representing the bank professionally.

What You'll Do:

1. Make outbound calls to promote and sell bank products.

2. Build strong customer connections and identify sales opportunities.

3. Explain product features clearly and handle customer inquiries.

4. Update customer information and call details in the CRM system.

5. Follow up on leads to close sales and meet daily targets.

6. Support overall team goals and maintain a high level of service.

What You'll Need:

• UAE National with family book.

• Location: Ras Al Khaimah

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for sales and customer engagement.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
