Sales & Soft Skills Trainer

We are looking for a Sales & Soft Skills Trainer who will be responsible for sales-focused training delivery for BPO sales and service processes, as well as Train & Hire programs conducted in collaboration with corporate partners.

This role requires strong expertise in sales training, inside sales methodologies, communication skills, and agent coaching, along with sensitivity and adaptability while working with diverse talent, including PWD candidates.

Key Responsibilities (Sales Trainer Requirement)

Deliver end-to-end sales training for BPO agents, including sales pitch, objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques

Train agents on customer service excellence and CRM workflows with a strong focus on sales productivity and conversion improvement

Conduct soft skills training aligned to sales roles, covering communication, customer handling, confidence building, persuasion, and professional workplace behavior

Support Train & Hire programs by preparing candidates specifically for sales and customer-facing corporate roles, ensuring placement readiness

Facilitate new hire sales training, refresher programs, role plays, mock calls, and live call simulations

Coach and mentor sales agents through call evaluations, structured feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)

Work closely with operations, quality, and corporate stakeholders to ensure training outcomes meet sales targets and business KPIs

Design, update, and maintain sales training content, assessments, certification modules, and trainee performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer / Process Trainer in a BPO, inside sales, or call center environment

Strong hands-on understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition, retention, and call center sales metrics

Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills

Ability to train and engage diverse talent, including freshers and PWD candidates

Comfortable working in a hybrid setup

Preferred Skills

Certification in Sales Training, Soft Skills, or Learning & Development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
