Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Cairo. The Sales Specialist will manage client relationships, identify and pursue sales opportunities, deliver exceptional customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions for clients and colleagues, managing sales processes, and strategizing to grow the business further. The candidate will play a key role in driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive revenue and meet targets
  • Ability to train clients and team members effectively to foster skill development
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in research or consulting services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Market research, Marketing, advertising, and Digital marketing
  • Very good in English
