An ambitious fintech innovator is seeking a Sales Superstar to establish and expand its footprint across the Middle East. This position marks the company’s first commercial appointment in the UAE , offering a rare opportunity to build the market from the ground up and lay the foundation for a future high-performing sales organization.


The business delivers a secure financial data infrastructure , allowing companies to integrate banking connectivity, access real-time financial insights, and develop digital finance solutions through a single, unified API.


Role Overview

You’ll act as the driving force behind regional business expansion , combining relationship-building, strategic planning, and commercial execution to open doors with leading banks, fintechs, and enterprises.


Main Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale the company’s commercial presence in the UAE , defining priorities, targets, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Establish strategic partnerships across financial institutions, PSPs, and enterprise clients to accelerate adoption of open banking solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes — from research and pipeline generation to contract negotiation and long-term account management.
  • Build and maintain a trusted advisor role with key decision-makers, identifying how the platform can solve complex financial integration challenges.
  • Coordinate closely with technical and product leaders to translate customer goals into tailored solutions and successful implementations.
  • Shape and execute regional marketing and outreach campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and regulatory shifts to inform product positioning and strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business plans, revenue forecasts, and growth reports to senior leadership.
  • Create scalable sales processes, KPIs, and playbooks in preparation for future team expansion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and partner meetings , establishing a visible and trusted market presence.
